Hi, I'm Manny and I'm probably not the typical AI agency founder you'd expect.
I spent 15 years in corporate finance, working at Credit Agricole, Visa, the UK Cabinet Office, and public health organisations. I became a qualified accountant because I'm genuinely fascinated by how businesses work. The operations, the economics, the decisions that make or break profitability.
But I kept noticing something frustrating: so many small businesses were brilliant at their craft but terrible at their systems. Plumbers losing £2k a month in missed calls. Electricians spending Sunday evenings manually confirming Monday appointments. Salons & Restaurants that couldn't grow because the owner was still answering every phone call.
The problems weren't about effort, they were about capacity and systems.
That's when I discovered voice AI and intelligent automation. Not the sci-fi stuff. The practical, 'this actually solves a real problem' kind.
So I left the corporate world and started Core AI Solutions. My approach is different: I combine my finance background (understanding ROI, business processes, what actually matters) with deep technical execution (I build these systems myself using Vapi, n8n, and modern AI platforms).
I also run a YouTube channel where I teach this stuff, because I believe in education over hype.
